Being writes your affirmations, covers and audio with AI models that run through kie.ai. For each request we choose the model based on quality and load, and we may switch between the developers listed below. Our Privacy Policy (https://being.training/privacy) explains how we handle your data.
Our server (run by our hosting provider, USA)
- What it does: keeps your answers and schedule, requests your affirmations and delivers them to you.
- What it receives: your area, the words you type, liked affirmations, voice, schedule, App ID, push token and IP address.
- How long it keeps it: your answers and settings while you use the App, deleted within 30 days after Delete my data; generated affirmations up to 48 hours; server logs without your answers 30 days.
kie.ai (NEXUSAI SERVICES LLC, USA)
- What it does: runs the AI models.
- What it receives: your area, the words you type, liked affirmations, tone, practice type and voice. No App ID, IP address or device details.
- How long it keeps it: uploaded files 24 hours; generated files 14 days; task logs (text and metadata, which may include your words) 2 months.
Google LLC (USA)
- What it does: develops the AI models that write the text, create the cover images and read the audio.
- What it receives: what kie.ai passes on.
- How long it keeps it: only as long as needed to generate the result, plus any abuse-monitoring period in its terms with kie.ai.
No voice recording or recognition. The voices are AI voices. No provider on this list receives a recording of your voice or creates biometric identifiers.
Health and faith details. Your area and words can reveal information about your health or faith. We send them to these providers only to write your affirmations, and we never use them for advertising.
Changes. If we start using a developer based in a country not listed here, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy, and tell you in the App before your answers are sent to it.
